RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Physical Products

We take great care in packaging and delivering our products. Returns and refunds are accepted only if the product received is:

  • Damaged during transit
  • Defective
  • Incorrect product delivered

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Required Information

To process a claim, you may be required to provide:

  • Order Number
  • Photographs of the Product
  • Photographs of Packaging
  • Proof of Purchase

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Products ordered by mistake
  • Products damaged due to misuse by the customer
  • Used or opened products
  • Digital downloads or digital resources

Refund Processing

Once the claim is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.

Donations

Donations made to the ministry are voluntary contributions and are generally non-refundable.

Refunds for donations may only be considered in cases of:

  • Duplicate transactions
  • Accidental overpayments
  • Technical payment processing errors
